This adds support for a new configuration parameter that allows users to set the color of the highlight that occurs when the mouse hovers over a drawing element that has a hyperlink on it.

Thanks for the contribution. Tiny nit-pick and please bump the minor version in pyproject.toml as this project does rolling releases after each merge
