What problem would this solve?
General quality of life improvements...
What would you like Mole to do?
I actually have three requests:
-
Either add a setting to which part the app should open by default or just remember the last used part instead on exit.
Atm Mole always opens in the "clean" section.
I use the "Updates" sub-section in "apps" the most and would like Mole to remember that / open there by default (via a configuration option).
-
Add a button called e.g. "Rescan" in the "Updates" - "apps" section.
I often update my apps by downloading the new version from the developer's website and after installing it I have at least quit Mole to recognize the new version. This is a bit annoying currently ;)
-
If Mole checks which version of an app is installed, it should not offer an update if a newer version gets installed.
E.g. atm it suggests to update BetterTouchTool to version 6.512. The real latest version is 6.526 though. When I install 6.526 manually, Mole still suggests to update to 6.512...
Btw, why are you using lower-case section names (clean, apps, optimize, etc.) while other subsections (Uninstall, Updates, Startup, etc.) are in upper-case?
Thanks for considering my requests!
Current workaround
Afaik there are no workarounds.
