1. mo status: Added mo status --watch for newline-delimited JSON status streaming, making Mole easier to wire into monitors, widgets, and coding-agent dashboards.
2. mo uninstall: Improved leftover detection for nested helper bundles, including app-embedded helper identifiers and exact helper diagnostic reports such as Chrome Helper logs.
3. mo uninstall: Made previews easier to audit by avoiding nested path double-counting and showing clearer per-path size context before removal.
4. mo update: Fixed update handoff so mo update --nightly and forced stable updates finish sudo authentication before the installer reuses that session non-interactively.

4. mo update：修复更新流程里的 sudo 交接问题，mo update --nightly 和强制切回 stable 时不再把 installer 密码提示挤在 spinner 同一行。
