Pake V3.12.0

Turn any webpage into a desktop app with one command.

Changelog

1. Added enterprise SSO support for packaged apps, including --safe-domain for trusted workspace and identity-provider domains.
2. Kept supported auth and internal _blank navigations inside the app when --new-window is disabled.
3. Fixed pake --help so it lists all supported CLI options.
4. Fixed custom CARGO_TARGET_DIR builds so generated installers and raw binaries are copied from the right target directory.
5. Made --hide-title-bar macOS-only and ignored it with a warning on unsupported platforms.

4. 修复自定义 CARGO_TARGET_DIR 构建时安装包和原始二进制文件的拷贝路径。
5. 将 --hide-title-bar 明确限制为 macOS 能力，在其他平台忽略并给出提示。
