1. Codex: Adds a Codex plugin marketplace so codex plugin marketplace add and codex plugin add waza@waza install Waza from plugins/waza.
2. Update Check: Tells installed users when a newer Waza is available with a daily, read-only version check that sends no data.
3. Skill Metadata: Keeps public descriptions English-only while preserving multilingual routing through when_to_use, fixing noisy marketplace copy.
4. Check: Hardens install-runtime and distribution-state review so source, generated metadata, packages, release assets, registry state, and installed smoke tests stay separate.
5. Think & Design: Adds chargeability checks for paid-product decisions and a bounded native-app screenshot handoff rule for visual QA.
