[Test] Check `actions/stale` configuration

This fake issue will allow to test #42433.

I'm marking it as awaiting-reply, and it should be automatically closed as "Non planned" in 1 day when the job will be triggered.

If it works, the days-before-stale value must be changed to 14, and the job backported to v6 branch.
