Email link and Call link

Hello together,

1. how can i link an existing E-Mail to an Opportunity instead of the People Object? (Or both?)

2. Is there any way to create a Timeline Object for Whatsapp Messages and / or calls?

• email is linked to People and Company records, Opportunity records have linked emails based on related Company records, you can link emails to Opportunity records based on related People records with workflows/apps and several API requests to fetch all necessary data
• without native support, you can create timeline records via API and link them to specific records but many users reported problems with it and timeline activities as a whole will be updated in the future
