Hey, Elie from Inbox Zero. We have an integrations page in early access which can help draft better replies. If you're self hosting you can enable this tab and should be able to connect Twenty CRM via Pipedream. |

Hi everyone,
I use both Twenty and [Inbox Zero](https://github.com/elie222/inbox-zero), and I think there could be a useful integration between them.
Inbox Zero is an open-source AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook. It can classify emails, create rules in plain English, draft replies, track conversations that need attention, and automate a lot of inbox management.
Twenty already handles email sync, contact creation, company matching, and linking messages to CRM records, so I don’t think the goal should be to duplicate any of that.
The interesting part would be connecting Inbox Zero’s email intelligence with Twenty’s CRM context.
For example:
Twenty’s Apps framework seems like the natural way to build this as a proper extension, rather than a collection of external automations.
Inbox Zero already supports webhooks from rules and has an API for managing rules, so there may be enough to prototype an initial version.
I also noticed that someone has already requested a [Twenty integration on Inbox Zero’s feature board](https://inboxzero.featurebase.app/p/twenty-crm-integration-request). The request doesn’t include much detail, but it suggests there is at least some interest beyond my own.
Would this be useful for your team? Which direction feels more valuable: sending Inbox Zero signals into Twenty, providing CRM context back to Inbox Zero, or both?
I’d also be interested to hear how others would design it and which workflow they would start with.
