Integrating WhatsApp with Twenty: official Cloud API or WAHA/Evolution + webhook?

Hi everyone! We run a self-hosted Twenty instance, and most of our inbound communication comes through WhatsApp. We'd like WhatsApp conversations to create or update People and Companies, and to add Notes and Tasks, in Twenty.

A few questions for anyone who has done this:

1. Are you using the official WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta), or an unofficial gateway like WAHA or Evolution API with webhooks into Twenty's API or workflows?
2. Does your setup handle group chats, not just 1:1 conversations?
3. Does it support multiple WhatsApp numbers in one workspace?
4. Is there an existing app, extension or open-source repo you'd recommend, and what are its limitations?

Any pointers, examples or lessons learned are much appreciated. Thanks!
