Two different validation steps seem to happen for Form Number field

Bug Description

No validation error is shown for numbers like 1e20. However, the value isn't showing when reloading the page.

Expected behavior

I expect either 1e20 not to be validated or to be properly saved.

Hey @Devessier, I just checked this, and if we enter value 1e3, the value automatically transforms into 1000.
Can you please check this? And if you want something else, I would like to contribute.

And if we type only 1e, no validation error shows up, and the previously stored value remains intact.
