Removes all syntax errors in the generated code. Made changes to the templates for the following: - Fix code formatting - Fix imports - Fix dicts - Utilize python3 super() syntax - Add missing commas - Comment out paging operation (will be addressed in future [ticket](https://issues.corp.twilio.com/browse/DI-2451)) RC Changes:twilio/twilio-python#635
