This PR completes the variants of the following tx submission errors:
TxError, corresponding to ConwayLedgerPredFailure,by using
AnyCborwhen necessary.TxErrorhas anu8variant for conformance to preexisting (Babbage) tests.The codecs have been revised (in particular,
CollectError), and there is no appealing to the position of decoders.
