Well, I had two projects, but when I woke up I saw that it was updating, I logged in and they weren't showing up anywhere.

Fixed in v3.0.2.

Projects now survive app updates, and projects created by older versions (including the previous v0.2.x codebase) are recovered automatically on first launch. Older-format Gradle projects open in a read-only compatibility view so the source is never lost.

Please update to 3.0.2 (https://github.com/tyron12233/CodeAssist/releases/tag/v3.0.2). If anything is still missing after updating, reopen with the details and we'll take a look.
