PaperJury Codex v1.0

PaperJury Codex v1.0 packages the first stable Codex plugin release.

Highlights:

• Plugin manifest and package version are now 1.0.0.
• Marketplace installs can use either the latest channel or the pinned v1.0 release.
• Added a non-blocking soft update reminder via scripts/check-update.js.
• Documented update behavior and release-channel install commands.
