filter list 'home' links missing on uBO Privacy / Resource abuse / Unbreak lists

Prerequisites

• I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue
• The issue is not present after wholly disabling uBlock Origin ("uBO") in the browser
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I report is not a normal behavior

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension
• using a new, unmodified browser profile

Description

3 of the uBO built-in lists lack 'Home' icons. Inside their sources they do point to the same place as the main list does; but I'm trying to lead naive users to water. Source code is scary.

I believe this would be fixed by adding:

"supportURL": "https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/issues",

to 3 relevant stanzas in assets/assets.json (although there might be better, sub-list-specific URLs?)

Steps to Reproduce

Open uBO dashboard, Filter lists tab.

Observe lack of 'home' links on 3 of the 5 uBO built-in lists.

Expected behavior

All have 'home' links.

Actual behavior

3 lack 'home' links.

Huh -- I really did do the 'cursory search' but didn't find that one. Anyway, says it's fixed (and evidence is in the code), but it apparently only applies to custom lists, not internal ones.

gorhill/uBlock@424797a - check this in next dev version.

In stable needed is purge all cache and refresh dashboard after end update or wait ~13 days.
