Description

This PR adds a get_resources() method that requests resource metadata from the XDMoD REST endpoint introduced in ubccr/xdmod#2066.

Tests performed

This PR adds integration and regression tests to cover the changes.

Type of change:

  • Breaking change (fix, feature, or deprecation that would cause existing functionality to change)
