The shortcut is wrong, redirect to "EIDConfigurationWizard.exe.exe"

Hello,

The shortcut when installing the 0.0.1 binary redirect to the file "C:\Windows\System32\EIDConfigurationWizard.exe.exe" and not "C:\Windows\System32\EIDConfigurationWizard.exe" so it doesn't work properly.

Of course I was able to fix it myself, it was just to report this issue.
