Update required for Kitodo.Presentation

Kitodo.Presentation and other software use the latest tagged version php-iiif-prezi-reader 0.3.0.
Please consider an update:

1. The GitHub repository which is used by Kitodo.Presentation seems to be no longer synchronized with https://git.sc.uni-leipzig.de/ubl/bdd_dev/cmr/php-iiif-prezi-reader.
2. php-iiif-prezi-reader currently depends on the abandoned package flow/jsonpath which should be replaced by softcreatr/jsonpath.

Because of 2, an installation of the DFG Viewer shows this hint three times (for kitodo/presentation, slub/slub-digitalcollections and for slub/dfgviewer):

Package flow/jsonpath is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use softcreatr/jsonpath instead.

@lutzhelm, @leanderseige, should Kitodo.Presentation use the GitLab repository instead of the GitHub one? Or do you plan to update the GitHub repository, too? Or would it be better to fork php-iiif-prezi-reader for Kitodo.Presentation and implement all required updates there?

flow/jsonpath must be replaced in both repositories.

PHPStan also reports an issue with an unclear conditional expression which requires a fix, see issue #2.

I could try to look into it next week. Codestyle issues will be easy to fix, but replacing flow/jsonpath won't be.

@lutzhelm, @leanderseige, should Kitodo.Presentation use the GitLab repository instead of the GitHub one? Or do you plan to update the GitHub repository, too? Or would it be better to fork php-iiif-prezi-reader for Kitodo.Presentation and implement all required updates there?

Replacing flow/jsonpath might be easy because softcreatr/jsonpath is its successor. I think only composer.json will need an update like in kitodo/kitodo-presentation#1565.

An update of composer.json which supports newer versions of phpunit/phpunit would also be nice, because otherwise tests with PHP 8.x don't work out of the box:

Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires phpunit/phpunit ~7.5 -> satisfiable by phpunit/phpunit[7.5.0, ..., 7.5.20].
    - phpunit/phpunit[7.5.0, ..., 7.5.20] require php ^7.1 -> your php version (8.4.5) does not satisfy that requirement.

Are there any news regarding this issue? I just tried an installation of Kitodo.Presentation which raised this problem again. The master branch includes a fix (#5), but I think that a new tag would be appreciated. Then this issue can be closed.
