WiFi over radius

I tried connection to my WiFi but the network manager just does't not respond. It just does not ask for username and password and falls back to a legacy network I've connected to. Are there any Issues withe wifi over radius?

There are known compatibility issues with enterprise WiFi (RADIUS/802.1X) on Bluefin when using the default iwd backend for NetworkManager. Disabling iwd and switching to wpa_supplicant can improve compatibility with these networks. Note that changing the WiFi backend will remove all saved networks and require a reboot. You can toggle this with the provided script or manually by editing /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/iwd.conf and restarting your system. After switching, try connecting again—NetworkManager should prompt for your credentials as expected. More details are available in this discussion and pull request: discussion, pull request.

I'll try that but for an OS I tried becaus it promises "Near-zero maintenance" it's a lot of pain just to get started.

I can't remember the last time I even saw a radius network?

Good for you. Sadly I rely on using them in several locations, they are still common in enterprise environments.
