Improved tailscale integration incoming

I've been swapping my machines over to this: https://tailscale.com/kb/1597/linux-systray

This gives me the upstream widget:

And removes the need to ship the gnome-qs gnome extension. I've been looking forward to this because travelling and needing to select exit nodes has been a CLI only affair.

We'll remove the extension when F43 drops: #3326 - in the meantime check it out, I find it to be better than what we had before, and now we can just let Tailscale rev.

I also love how Tailscale has to bear the maintenance burden in their docs to ensure that Linux distributions have working clipboard support.

Now that the app is working fine, perhaps it can be configured to make it easier for users to use ?
The Gnome Extension showed the systray icon, but the user still needed to run commands via CLI (as discussed here #862). Now, with the app, these three commands are still necessary to run once:

Start Tailscale at boot:
tailscale configure systray --enable-startup=systemd
Make the user the operator
sudo tailscale set --operator=$USER
Run the systray app (if this is not done after the previous command, the previous command will be necessary again at next boot)
systemctl --user enable --now tailscale-systray

Result: the (greyed out) Tailscale systray icon is shown. A user can login but is not forced/asked to.

Uh no, this is about the Tailscale Systray app that is integrated in the bluefin image, as an alternative to the extension that was also (if I remember correctly) shown in systray after installing Bluefin.
See the issue linked above for more info. My suggestion just brings the user experience to the same level.

There are plenty of other ways to get going with Tailscale like the one you mentioned but that's not related to this discussion of Tailscale integration.
