Can't view Bazaar hooks for jetbrains and vscode

while the bazaar hooks PR is merged I can't view it in bazaar, jetbrains and vscode are hidden.

The issue is that while PR #254 removed JetBrains and VSCode from the blocklist.yaml, those apps were never added to curated.yaml [1]. Bazaar uses curated.yaml as an allowlist — apps not listed there won't appear in browse or search, regardless of blocklist status.

So the hooks are correctly configured but unreachable since users can't see the apps to trigger an install attempt [2].

Fix: The JetBrains and VSCode app IDs need to be added to curated.yaml (likely in the Developers section) so they become visible and the hooks can actually fire.
