Shell mode in opencode prints [ERROR] - (starship::print): Under a 'dumb' terminal (TERM=dumb).

Hello Bluefin team, I installed opencode using brew but when trying to execute a shell command within the TUI, I get the following error.

$ ls
[ERROR] - (starship::print): Under a 'dumb' terminal (TERM=dumb).
[ERROR] - (starship::print): Under a 'dumb' terminal (TERM=dumb).

The error relates to Starship however my understanding of this is limited.
