Updating components to use UI kit components

UIkit now has some other components we could probably be using, namely:

• tabs
• sidebar (for our nav)
• datepicker (for input type=date)
• basecheckbox (for input type=checkbox)

Where the input ones are used in forms, they will need to be double checked if they work with react-hook-form as they don't always play nicely together.

Does anyone have ideas why we shouldn't update our components?
