Quick Start

Option 1: Python Launcher (Recommended)

python launcher.py

Interactive menu to launch any tool, group of tools, or all tools at once.

Option 2: Manual Launch

Production Tools

1. Sentiment Router

Path: hdd-sentiment-router/ Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (zero dependencies) Purpose: Routes customers based on satisfaction. Happy customers → Google Reviews. Unhappy → private feedback form.

Features:

• Two-button sentiment check (Great! / Could be better)
• Private feedback form for unhappy customers
• Redirects happy customers to Google Reviews
• Mobile-first responsive design
• Supports Formspree, mailto, or Google Forms

2. Review Request Generator

Path: hdd-review-generator/ Stack: React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, Vite 7 Purpose: Generate personalized review request messages (SMS, email, thank you card) from customer details.

Features:

• Day 3 SMS, Day 7 Email, Day 14 Thank You Card
• One-click copy to clipboard
• Form validation with inline errors
• Franchisee data persists in localStorage
• SMS character count with segment warnings

3. GBP Post Scheduler

Path: hdd-gbp-poster/ Stack: Next.js 14, Prisma, Neon PostgreSQL, NextAuth.js, Claude AI, Google Business Profile API Purpose: Create, review, and auto-publish posts to Google Business Profile.

• AI-powered post generation (project showcases, educational, seasonal)
• Human review workflow (draft → review → approve → schedule → publish)
• Image library with upload and metadata
• Calendar view for scheduled posts
• Google Business Profile OAuth integration
• Multi-user support (admin/editor roles)

• 5-step follow-up sequence (instant, 4hr, 24hr, 72hr, 7 days)
• Twilio webhook: detects replies, pauses sequence
• Cal.com webhook: detects bookings, marks lead complete

For Franchisees

Review Generator: Go to the app URL, fill in customer details, click Generate, copy the messages you need. SMS goes out Day 3, email Day 7, thank you card Day 14.

Sentiment Router: After completing a project, send customers this link instead of your Google Review link directly. Happy customers still get to Google Reviews. Unhappy customers send feedback to you privately.

Quote Calculator: Embed on your website or share directly. Customers get instant estimates, then request a full consultation.

GBP Post Scheduler: Log in with your email, generate AI drafts or write posts manually, attach images, schedule for publishing. Posts automatically publish to your Google Business Profile.

Lead Response: Leads come in via webhook from your website. System sends instant SMS + email, then follows up automatically until the lead responds or books.
