Add Animated Splash Screen for Server Connection

When Torfin is connecting to the server during initial app starting, the user currently sees no engaging feedback.
We want to display a beautiful animated splash screen (or theme-based animation) that clearly shows the app is “Connecting to Server” and keeps the UI polished.
