Retrieving

Retrieving items from the vault is a key part of the technician's work. Oftentimes, items being digitized have already been called up by other staff members, but there will always be situations in which you will need to call the item up yourself. You will use Aeon to do this, which is only accessible on a Windows machine (or remotely accessing a Windows machine).
