drastic reduction in the number of queries/requests by utilizing

1. stale time to keep query results longer
2. mutation results to update frontend state, instead of refetching after a mutation
3. normalized state. I introduced "Maps", i.e. Record<number, CodeRead>..., to have fast access to server state and reduce the number of queries
