Updated wiki sketch: multi-pkg candidates + detect::flatpak_*. - `pkg_resolve` output: changed from "<mgr> <name>" to "<mgr> <pkg…>" reflecting multi-package candidate expansion (`dnf:gcc,gcc-c++,make`). - Candidate-table rules section grew: comma-list syntax, per-pkg min_version, per-manager dedup across capabilities. - Starter capabilities list now includes `git_gui`, `gitk`, `curl`, `brew_linux_prereqs`. - New "Flatpak dispatch" subsection covering the 7 detect::flatpak_* functions absorbed from the former standalone flatpak-install.sh.
