Describe the bug
Since updating to v4.0.3, I constantly see instances of "Deleted App" in the log getting blocked by afwall. I have already tried clearing the logs and refreshing the main window to make sure there are no uninstalled apps left in the window, and re-applied the rules, but I still see various entries for "Deleted App" showing up in the log. I am not quite sure what to make of this.
