ChromeAlive bug fixes

1. No need for showBrowser if NODE_ENV=development (if using BOSS turn on)
2. Command+Tab between applications doesn't hide the ChromeAlive bar (shorten timeout)
3. The viewpoint dimensions is causing webpages to resize on every load (remove default viewport??).
4. Automatically close hero when databox closes (have databox close hero automatically).
5. Have to click buttons twice
6. Sending too many bounds changed - all tick updates
7. Adding 2nd goto doesn't update bar in ChromeAlive (hero is closing before screenshot).
8. allow shutting down by killing chromealive.
9. Cannot see the command bar in webpage
