This PR optimizes SourceMap loading by forking the source-map-support library. All browser support is removed, and it caches way more aggressively. This step was needed so we could re-use the SourceMap lookups in order to be able to load SourceCode for typescript code, which is a feature we are using to give "Circuits" names
