Default selection for budget accounts per user

When adding new payments, it would be nice to be able to set a default account for checking account (per user),
or to keep it and "add more" payments using a button in the UI.

Steps:

1. Open Budget component
2. Click Accounts
3. Select an account, the Transactions page opens automatically with the checking account selected.
4. Notice the transactions are filtered to the selected account.
5. Click add Entry
6. No account is selected in the account section.

One option is to allow a default checking/savings account to be set by the user;
This would allow them to add expenses and income much faster.
Bonus could be to have the Transfer element preselect both checkings and savings as the to and from.

@torbenvanassche Thanks - confirmed, and the steps make it easy to follow.

Where it stands: a new entry always starts without an account (public/pages/budget.js, the account field only preselects when you edit an entry), even when the ledger is already filtered to one account. A transfer starts empty on both sides the same way.

Your idea has two parts that can be taken separately:

1. The filtered account as the default. If you are looking at checking, a new entry starts on checking. That needs no setting and covers your steps 3 to 6.
2. A default account per person, for when you add an entry from anywhere else, and the same for the two sides of a transfer.

The first one is the smaller step and probably the one that saves the most clicks. Nothing is decided yet and there is no date.
