Import shared calender option for migration

It would be helpful for migration from another calendar to have an option to import appointments from a shared calendar instead of link.

Shipped in v1.5.0 🎉

You can now do a one-time import (as opposed to a subscription) under Settings → Sync → Calendar → "Import calendar":

• Upload an .ics file exported from your old calendar, or paste a shared calendar feed URL (https:// / webcal://).
• The events are imported as your own, editable local events — not a read-only subscription. They belong to you and are not synced afterwards, which is exactly what you want when migrating away from another calendar.
• Recurring events are kept as a series, all-day and timed events are preserved, and re-importing the same feed skips events that were already imported (no duplicates).
• The URL path reuses the same SSRF-protected fetch as subscriptions (10 MB / 15 s limits).
