Set default user to add to Calendar Items

When setting up calendar sync, it would be good if we could set the related default assigned user so when events/items are synced it automatically assigns the user to the events

Shipped in v1.11.0 🎉

Each synced calendar (Google/CalDAV) and each ICS subscription can now be given an optional default assignee in Settings → Sync. Newly imported events of that target are automatically assigned to that person — new events only, never retroactively, so a manually removed assignment won't reappear on the next sync. The per-calendar picker appears once a calendar has completed its first sync.
