Visibility options for appointments/ tasks

Sometimes it could be necessary to hide elements from other family members (e.g. preparing birthday). So it would be helpful to have an option zu change visibility:

• Only Me
• Only assigned
• All family members

Tasks and calendar events now have a per-item visibility setting with three levels — All family members (default), Assignees only, and Private (only me). It's enforced on the server for every read path (list, detail, dashboard, search, MCP) with no admin bypass, so a "Private" item — like preparing a birthday surprise — stays hidden even from a parent/admin. Restricted items show a small lock/people icon in the list, and it's an in-app control (the read-only calendar export feed is deliberately not filtered by it).
