A mood tracker is also a really good addition. Even simplest one, like 1-5 mood scale. |

Both are in, released today in v1.82.0. Where: Health → Vitals → "Add measurement", and pick Sleep or Mood under "Type". Both sit next to blood pressure, glucose and the rest, with the same metric card, trend chart, history list, per-entry visibility and CSV export. Sleep (@radicchiodev) is entered as hours and minutes rather than as a decimal, since "7.5" for seven and a half hours is a sum you should not have to do in your head. The timestamp is the morning the night ended, not bedtime: a night that starts at 23:30 and one that starts at 00:30 belong to the same kind of entry, and anchoring on the end keeps them both on the day you wake up instead of splitting them across midnight. The chart axis reads as 7:30, not 7.5. Mood (@BVV2) is exactly the simple 1 to 5 scale you asked for, shown as five faces from very bad to very good. One deliberate detail: its chart axis stays clamped to the full 1 to 5 range instead of zooming to the values present. A week that moves between "good" and "very good" should look like a good week, not like a collapse. One thing worth naming, since Yuvomi already had a mood field: the one in the cycle diary stays where it is and means something different. It names a kind of mood (irritable, sensitive, anxious) on a cycle day. The new scale measures how well you are, is not tied to a cycle day, and is available to everyone whether or not the cycle tab is enabled. They are two separate records on purpose, not one feature written twice. Closing this as done. A note on scope, so nothing is quietly assumed: sleep is modelled as a duration, which is the number a trend is actually made of. If what you had in mind was bedtime and wake time as two separate clock values, or a separate sleep-quality rating alongside the duration, that is a different shape and worth its own thread. Same for anything else that turns out to be missing once you have used it. Thanks to both of you for the report and for sharpening it. |
Uh oh!

It would be fine to be able to add sleep data in the health section as we do with vitals or medications tab
