Shipped in v2.14.0. "Today at a glance" now carries the same hide button as every tile on the overview: switch to Customise, hide the band, save. It comes back through the same chip row below the tiles. Save, cancel, undo and reset all take it along - a switch that "cancel" does not know about would have been the likely defect here, so that is what the test pins. Two decisions worth naming, since they are visible: It applies to the household, not to you alone. The arrangement of the tiles has always worked that way, and the band is part of the same page. Making just this one personal would have put two rules on one screen without the interface explaining which is which. In customize mode the band stays visible, even switched off and even when it has nothing to say - otherwise the switch that brings it back would only exist while you do not need it. Your case is the one that decided the shape: you did not want the shopping list on the home page in either form, and "add all four domains as widgets" was never a discoverable way to get there. Thanks for saying so plainly. |

Love the app. Thanks so much for it. One small things I'd like is to be able to turn off the "Today at a glance" section on the overview page. I like to keep the app as simple as possible and that adds visual noise. I know I can add all the widgets to the overview page and it goes away but I'd rather have a dedicated toggle. Right now I don't want the shopping list on the home page, as a widget or in the "Today at a Glance". Thanks again for all the work you put into this.
