Option to dial down notification behavior

Right now I get notificatied in three ways:

1. Badge in the Session list
2. Notification banner in windows
3. Windows notification sound

I would prefer the default to be just the badge, with options to turn on sound / banner

Fixed in v0.2.6.

Both notification types now default to off — the sidebar badge is the only alert out of the box.

Two separate settings under Notifications in the Settings window:

• Show banner notification (system tray balloon) — off by default
• Play notification sound — off by default, plays SystemSounds.Asterisk independently of the banner

Sound is decoupled from the balloon so you can have banner-only, sound-only, or both.
