[Feature Request] Add CockroachDB support

It's still in preview with prisma but it would be a nice addition to use serverless vendors with a serverless database.

If the limitations still prevent it would be nice to keep this issue and add a tag like 'on hold' to keep an eye.

I just discovered that the latest version of prisma 3.14.0 have stable support for the cockroachDB. I'm runing a instance on vercel and using cockroackDB serverless to validate any possible incompatibilites with the database specific parts 😄
