Panel entity has an inconsistent [adherence](https://github.com/umanit/block-bundle/blob/b6f4538987c290da589f109c143ac20e994f04fb/Entity/Panel.php#L7) with TranslationBundle. Tests needed to check if this can be removed safely. Could be dirty-quick-fixed by adding TranslationBundle as a requirement in composer.json.
