Opening SVG media from media picker doesn't show preview

Bug summary

It seeems when I open a SVG media from Media Picker, the preview is just blank.

Looks like at issue with how umb-file-upload-preview render preview of SVG.

It looks correct in media section itself (here via infinite editing).

In Umbraco 13 it looked something like this (looks better if the SVG image itself doesn't contain width/height attributes):
