Entity picker missing when foreign key is not nullable

Describe the bug
Entity picker not visible when foreign key is not nullable.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create model with foreign key that's not nullable
2. Create entity picker and set datatype to the entity picker
3. Now no picker will be shown

Expected behavior
I should be able to see the picker

@wouterpaps I tried replicating the issue locally without any luck, could you tell me if you get any console errors? Could you also try with latest 16.0.3 version?

My test case looks like this, let me know if I've missed anything:

I just realized I forgot to mention that I’m using EF Core instead of NPoco—my mistake. Could that be the cause of the issue? The rest of the code seems to match what I had before.

Do you have a custom repository? UI Builder does not currently offer support for EF Core, only by using EF with your own repository.

I have a BaseRepository that inherits from the Repository class provided by Umbraco UI Builder. Then the more specific repositories inherit from this BaseRepository

My bad, got the two issues mixed up (The above error is the console error for the related collections not saving when a guid is the datatype for the primary keys and foreign keys). No there is no console error when it doesnt show the entity picker
