Entity actions menu visible during create modal (should be hidden/disabled) #202

Describe the bug
When creating a new entity, the actions menu is incorrectly visible in the modal. Actions should not be available until the entity has been created.
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to any collection
- Click on
Create - Observe that the entity actions menu is visible (
...) in the modal
Expected behavior
The actions menu should either be hidden or disabled while the create modal is open. It should only appear after the entity is successfully created.
