Selections made on a entity picker disappears

Selections made on a entity picker disappears and are not selectable on an editor

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a section and a Tree
2. Create an Entity picker and try to connect to section and tree
3. See error

Expected behavior
Selections made should be "persisted"
