Compact mode

As I continue to use this, I'd really like to have a way to show the diffs in a more "compact" way:

By default, here's what I see when I launch revdiff (as an example, working on this feature, actually):

Just curious what your thoughts are on this!

I've got something of a PR that I'm working on but it still needs additional polish.

this already shipped as --compact / C keybinding in v0.22.0 via #135. shrinks the diff at fetch time to N lines of context around changes (default 5, configurable via --compact-context). press C to toggle at runtime.

to make it the default, any of these work:

• CLI: revdiff --compact --compact-context=3 ...
• env: REVDIFF_COMPACT=true, optionally REVDIFF_COMPACT_CONTEXT=3
• config file ~/.config/revdiff/config:

  compact = true
  compact-context = 3

pls update to latest (v0.24.0) and give it a try.

This is pretty much exactly what I built — what I built also included:

1. ability to switch modes via hotkey.
2. next hunk actually moves to the next hunk across files, too.
3. I added hunk-based listing in the sidebar, too

Any of these things you'd entertain?

first two already in:

1. hotkey is C — toggles compact at runtime (v0.22.0, feat: add compact diff mode with --compact flag and C keybinding #135). mentioned in my previous comment.
2. cross-file hunk nav — --cross-file-hunks flag (or cross-file-hunks = true in config, or REVDIFF_CROSS_FILE_HUNKS=true env). off by default. with it on, [ / ] continue into the prev/next file at hunk boundaries.

for 3 (hunk-based listing in the sidebar) — not sure what you mean exactly, hard for me to judge how useful it would be without seeing it. pls post it in the discussions/ideas with screenshots and a short explanation of the UX, and we can take it from there.
