Can move to other sides the volume window and caps lock window

Hi, first time here sorry if I do something wrong, I came to suggest something specific. I'd like to point out that it would be great if the volume up and Caps Lock windows, among others, could be moved to different locations, such as center, top, left, or right on the screen. I understand there's an option to pin them to the Media Flyout, but it would also be helpful to be able to choose where to place these buttons on the screen. Thanks for reading.
