Users should be able to provide a different LLM provider for embedding_llm_config.

Current Behavior

The openai/text-embedding-3-small is hardcoded for embedding_llm_config

Root caused

We should not pass the llm_config as a dictionary to the adaptive crawler. Instead, we pass the LLMConfig object, allowing users to set the LLM provider and the API key from that object.

Fixed in the newest release, 0.7.6.
