Fix: MkDocs only processes markdown, not all of dat/#808

Use temporary .mkdocs_src with only .md files instead of docs_dir=dat. This prevents MkDocs from copying repo JSONs, out.xml, etc into build. prepare-upload.sh copies dat/ separately for PHP/PWE. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
