[Suggestion] Method to Prevent Any Driver-Installation Conflict for Safely Installing Realtek Drivers (Mostly on Audio)

There is supposed to be a method to prevent any driver-installation conflict for safely installing Realtek drivers (mostly on audio). I mostly install the supported Realtek audio driver, like the high definition one (version 6.0.9800.1).

I keep encountering this issue, which is false.

However, I do not specifically know why that keeps happening, even though the Realtek driver that I was installing is supported. Please prevent whatever faulty error that stops the Realtek driver installation.

I do not have a script file. However, I have the Windows OS version 10.0.19045.4894 (64-bit) (Home).
