Looks good. I left a few minor corrections.
Another question: what do you think about using a templated approach for setting the baseURL (https://better-auth.com/docs/guides/dynamic-base-url), as we do in Starkey? It provides much more flexibility during configuration.
Everything else looks great. Thanks for putting together the example.
